Uxtheme.dll keeps on changing to Uxtheme.dll

After rebooting windows, and loging on, the screen blanks out(only get
to see the background).

I did figure out what went wrong.
%windir%\system32\uxtheme.dll was renamed to "uxtheme.old".

So i had renamed "uxtheme.old" to "uxtheme.dll", rebooted and it
worked.
But the problem is that, the same problem keeps on recurrding so that
"uxtheme.dll" keeps on changing to "uxtheme.old"

Anyone have any idea why it keeps on changing?
Ah, about virus and spyware, there shouldn't be any since it's a newly
built computer(with no applications installed) with no LAN or internet
access.

Windows Xp has a "feature" which protects the "system" files. If one
of these files is changed/emoved, XP will restore them back. I believe
it is called "Windows Files Protection."
