I need to contact Utmost Technology for customer service, and there's
no manual and no number or address on the box. (It's a CD ROM R/W
burner). They don't seem to have an internet site either.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me a contact number
or address or website.

Try searching for the model number, if it is listed on the box.
Ask the company who sold you the drive for info on the manufacturer.
