utilizing a rolodex entry in a word letter

How do we (can we?) bring an individual's name and address
from our company rolodex in Outlook over to a letter in
Word without using the copy and paste commands? The
letter is a single letter, not a mail merge. Do we have
to re-enter all of the rolodex entries into the contacts
section in order to accomplish this?
