Utility transfer

I have several "freeware" utilities that I would like to transfer to a
friend's computer.
These are no longer available from the original website. We both have XP
home with SP2. Can we do it via a flash drive or CD?
How do we copy and then install the programs on the second computer.

Any help appreciated.

You must have the install portion of the program.

Well you need the installation package of the utility to install it,copy it
to
a cd will work.If you think its not available,try:http://www.downloads.com
