That website has no downloads on it. Each link for every piece of
software takes you to the author/group/company website. There is well-
known companies, independant's, and even some SourceForge projects linked
there.

I don't know what is the best. I tend to not call anything THE best,
because THE best is always open to interpretation.
And every piece there is available elsewhere, since none of them are
available there.
It is a nice listing of a lot of freeware utilities, all in one place, I
thought it would be good to post the link since, as I said before, I saw
quite a few that address questions I see here daily.
