Utilities under development?

Does any body know what new utilities are under development? This stuff is
confusing to me and I don't know what I'm looking for.

If you seach Microsoft you can find out & if like me you have a Microsoft Beta
ID even better :)

Example: Windows 2008 Beta 3, Visual Studio.NET 2008, Microsoft.NET Framework
