Does anyone know if I can remove usrvpa.dll from my computer since spyblocs
normally picks it up as spyware?

A quick Google doesn't bring up anything immediately relevant, so I'm
going to suggest you post your question in the forums at
www.spywareinfo.com. The regular posters there are amazingly
knowledgeable about all sorts of spyware.
