Hi Guys,

I was using usrmgr.exe on Windows 2000 Pro SP1/2/3 to
manage users on Windows NT domain successfully. However
ever since I applied SP4 to my Windows 2000 PC, I can not
use usrmgr.exe to manager users on Windows NT domain
anymore.

I getting the message;
The Array bounds are invalid

I obtained usrmgr.exe from both Windows 2000 server and
Windows NT CD. Both give the same error message.

If know you a way to work around this, please let me know.

Thanks

I use the USRMGR.EXE from the Win2K Resource kit and I use the SRVMGR.EXE as well.

I have had no problems using either on Win2K SP4 Pro.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for you reply. I don't have access to Recource
Kit, are you able to zip up those files and send it to me
or if there are other way that I can obtain those files
please do let me know.

Thanks again.

Hi Dave,

Don't worry about as I was able to download a copy from MS
site but still doesn't work anyway.

Thanks

I'm also getting the "array bounds are invalid" error with usrmgr.exe

I'm using both PC NetLink & Samba. Neither the usrmgr.exe from the
resource kit, or the version (NT 4.0) provided with PC Netlink are
working now.

Just patched the Win2K servers. Doh!

Anyone find/have a fix for this yet?

FYI: The lanman command line interface still work in DOS or Unix
shell, but that's a bit tedious.
