USMT - shortcuts in e.g. quick launch bar

I'm using USMT 2.6 and have added the ; in front of every entries referring
to LNKMIG in migism.inf, but USMT are still saving the EXE file that the
shortcut is pointing at (e.g. excel.exe, winword.exe). If I disable the below
mentioned line, the exe files are not been copied.

I just want to follow up, that the workaound DOESN'T work for me, and I was
hoping someone can help me with a solution.....
