Quick launch bar

Hi,
I have put my task bar on the left of my screen.
There's a problem: if I don't sort the links in my quick launch
folder(sorting means: renaming the .lnk files putting a number ahead the
name, e.g. 1InternetExplorer, 2Outlook, 3Windows Media, see image
attached), the order of the icons (in the quick launch bar) change every
now and then.

I have renamed the command prompt with 22Command Prompt, and now the
title bar of the program shows the number:

Shall I have to modify the name of all of links to keep the icons
sorted, or is there another method?

After you have them where wanted, run Save Setting on Exit - line 54 (right
hand side):
