USMT Reinstall

can I use USMT of FSTW to restore all my programs links when I reinstall
using a new XP disk...I lost the orignal
 
The Files and Settings Transfer Wizard is designed to
transfer "files and settings" and not programs or program
links. You'll have to reinstall your programs using the
original software installation media.
