When I'm in FP and I right click on a file (specifically a .JS file) I can either Open WIth
FrontPage or notepad. However I'd much rather use Wordpad. Is there any way i can get that to show
up on the list?

Notepad is much better for editing HTML since it is a straight ASCII editor.
Wordpad still will cause things to mess up sometimes because it still likes
to deal with rich text files (RTF) better than plain text. Which version of
FP do you have? FP 2003, for example, also has an optoin to choose program
to open a file with. Often after you open a file through this method the
program will also appear on the list. You should also be able to configure
wordpad as an editor by going to Tools | Options | Configure Editors and
adding Wordpad to the appropriate file type.

Hope this helps,

That worked. I just added a bogus extension and set Wordpad to it. That added it to the list so I
can choose it for anything I need to.

And I do use Notepad most of the time but I have some files that were hosted on a UNIX server and
notepad doesn't show the line returns right.
