Using Word as Outlook email editor

I get an error message each time I try to send a message the first time after
opening outlook that says my version of Word is not compatible.
My version of Outlook 2003 (11.8217.8221) SP3
My version of Word 2003 (11.8237.8221) SP3

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Have you tried Help>Detect and Repair?
