Hi Guys
I need some help.
I am on a Windows XP box running Office 2003.
When ever I go to write e-mails in Outlook it does not use word as the
e-mail editor. I am able to goto Actions > New Mail Message Using > and then
it will create a new mail with Word as the editor but I need to set this as
default.
When I go to Tools > Options > Mail Format
Compose in this message format drop down
Use Microsft Worrd to edit e-mail messages and
Use Microsoft Word to read Rich Text e-mail messages
The options above are all disabled. Does anybody know how I can get these
options back.
