Is it possible to use technologies supported by Windows SDK in vb.net?

I want to use Bluetooth nonsocket interfaces provided by Windows SDK in
Visual FoxPro. I have an application in VFP into which I want to integrate
bluetooth technology. Is this the best way to go about doing it?
