using unbound popup form for parameters

Hello. I have a main form that has a listbox on it to display the different
reports. There is also a preview button on the form. The user can either
double click the report name to preview the report or click on the report and
use the preview button to preview the report. Not all of the reports require
a parameter. Those that do I would like provide a small popup unbound form
customized for the selected report. It would only have on it the needed
parameter request.

How would I incorporate the popup into the click event of each report or the
button event? Any samples/examples available to review? I am somewhat at a
loss on this so any assistance would be welcomed.

working this that the users will like.
