Using two profiles for two locations but with the same emails

I use a laptop and have to use separate profiles for work and home. How do
I set Outlook 2003 up so that my Sent Items and Inbox contain the same emails
regardless of which profile I am using?
 
You'd need to assign the same PST to both profiles via the Mail icon in
Control Panel.
