Using tilt wheel to move in calendar view

How can I use my tilt wheel to move to the next day or week or month, in
calendar view. I used to be able to do this in the old outlook. Hitting the
arrows at the top of the window is much slower.

Do you have the calendar in focus? The wheel should move you up and down the
calendar.
