Using the Tab key to jump to a text field

I currently have a for as a .doc that is setup where a user manually click
and press <Enter> to get to the next area to type. how can i setup
invidividual text feilds on the form so all the user has to do is hit the
<Tab> key to go from section to section?

OK i figured i had to make form inserts, which i did, but now when i go in
and type in the form, everything on the page adjusts. is there a way to lock
the sections in place?
