Using the FIND function but can't delete the results

Using Outlook 2000 and Windows 98 I had an error in my mailbox.pst file. I
ran Inbox Repair Tool and this dealt with the error. Since then, when using
the FIND function, I am unable to delete or move any of the FIND results.
 
I'd try using the Repair tool again to see if any further errors are found.
I've seen instances when multiple runs are necessary
