using the cursor in access

I have created a database for scrapping parts but it has gotten fairly large. I want to know if there is someway to start the database with the cursor at the end of the db instead of at the top and then having to scroll down. Is there a shortcut keystroke or something? Also I run several other db's related to the main db...how do I link them so that when I enter dates or shipper info that it will automatically make the changes in the other db's? Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Your shortcut keys are CTRL + END to go to the last field of
the last record and then HOME to get to the first field in
that last record. I think that you will need to supply some
more details on your 'other related db's'. Sounds like
something may not be 'normalized' here.
