Using the cell content when doing a macro

Is it possible to use the cell content when doing a macro? For example,

I want to open a file in a determined number of folders, which are identified in the following cells:

CellA1: \\C:\Desktop\File1.xls
CellA2: \\C:\Desktop\File2.xls
CellA3: \\C:\Desktop\File3.xls
CellA4: \\C:\Desktop\File4.xls

Is it possible do something like it?

Workbooks. Open Filename=CellA1.Content
Workbooks. Open Filename=CellA2.Content
Workbooks. Open Filename=CellA3.Content
Workbooks. Open Filename=CellA4.Content
