Using SOAP v3

We run Windows 2003 Enterprise and Windows XP SP1. We have ben asked to use
SOAP v3 for a particular application, but have little knowledge on the likely
imapct or issues this will raise. Any advise welcomed
 
How does it affect the applications used at the company/business on the test
system or test lab? You know where you test the rest of the delivered
hotfixes, service packs and application updates?
