Using Signatures

I am trying to use two (or more) different signatures from a given outlook
account that uses exchange server. Is there a way to do this?

It is fairly easy to do if I don't go through exchange server, as I can set
up multiple accounts using the same POP account (not that this is a good way
to do it), and then assign a different signature for each POP account.
Exchange Server doesn't appear to allow this. So how does one easily set up
multiple signatures and select the one you want to use at a click of a button
(i.e. without going into OPTIONS, and selecting a different signature).

What version of Outlook do you use? Outlook does allow for multiple
signatures, even using Exchange. I currently have two set up.

Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signature Picker

Is there a one click solution?

Once the signatures are created, the regular way is 3 clicks: Insert >
Signature > choose the signature. I'm sure it could be streamlined if you
choose.

If you're not using Word as the editor, clicking the Signature button on the
Standard toolbar will give you a list of the signatures you've defined.
