Using Publisher 2000 Designs in Frontpage 2003

Prior to purchasing Frontpage 2003 I would use Publisher 2000 to make mockups
of possible web sites. Now that I have Frontpage 2003 I would like to be
able to apply Publisher Designs to Frontpage. Specifically I would like to
use Waves/Marine Color as a theme design for a Frontpage web site. Can
someone direct me where to browse for the actual files/elements used to
make-up the Publisher designs.

But one thing you don't want to do is save a Publisher file as HTML!
