using phone dialer

I never used phone dialer before, but I would like to use it to recieve phone
calls while online, can I do that?
 
It will use the modem attached to your PC. If you use a phone line and
'standard' modem to connect to the net, thgen it can't be used to
simultaneously make or receive a phone call.

If you use broadband - ADSL / DSL, Cable etc or ISDN then you shouldn't have
any problems, just so long as you have the correct hardware to make a phone
call via the modem.
