Hi there!!
I was wondering if anybody knows if there is a way that allows you to create
a smaller address book, or a more "general" address book for general normal
use rather than one big master address book.

Each time I have to send a message I have to scroll through unecessary
emails that I want to keep but not use on a regular basis. It would make
much more sense if I could keep a general master copy and have a smaller
main address book that uses addresses that are more frequently stored.

Is there any way to do this?

Thanks in advance
Jones

create sub folders for your contacts folder
I use Personal, Business, Miscell and others to put the contacts in the
respective folders

why scroll? heck, why bother looking in the address book at all. Just type
the recipients name in the to field and let outlook resolve it.

I did try that but once it got so that there were so many to choose
from...after I used the bulk mail facility to send to about a thousand
members, then I was not able to delete them all.
