Using Outlook on 2 computers

I am using Outlook 2002 on both my home and work PCs (Windows XP). I read my email at work but download it from the server at home. I use Plaxo to merge my Contacts. However, I do need to move my Sent Items mail to my home PC if I want to archive everything. Does anyone have a better/different solution to this? Ultimately, I want to save and archive all my email on my home PC.
