Using Outlook for the first time

I tried using outlook for the first time using Internet
mail services but was unsuccessful. The system require a
SMTP, Where would I find that information on my system?

To configure your mail, you'll need your incoming mail server and outgoing
mail server. Call your internet service provider. They can give you the
correct information and probably help you configure your Outlook.

Outlook is not used for web based mail. Use your browser for that. If you
have POP mail, you need the SMTP server setting that you get from your ISP
for Outlook.
