Using Outlook 2003 to charge out time in minutes for invoicing

I cannot work out how to set outlook calendar up to charge out time, in
minute blocks, to then create an invoice in Excel?? each month for different
clients. Please, please help!

I don't think Outlook has that ability. It's not an accounting package or a
project management application.
