Using Outlook 2002, how do I import from Barca email (PocoSystems)

It seems Outlook will only readily import from Otlokk Express, Eudora and
Netscape. If I can't do it directly, is there a reliable 3rd party
import/export software I can use?

In what formats will Barca email export? In what format does Barca email
keep its messages? Does it use, for example, mbox format?

Since it appears that you can create IMAP accounts in the Pocomail system,
create a gmail account, set it up for IMAP, transfer your Barca messages to
that IMAP account, then create an IMAP account in Outlook to access it.
Transfer the data to Outlook from that account.

Under File/Export Barca offers export of folders by 3 options; Eudora,
Netscape and "RFC822 Mailbox (*.txt). For addrees book export it says it has
3 options;CSV, LDIF or HTML.
Sorry, don't know what format its messages are kept in.
Someone said there's a programme called vSync which will allow transfer of
calendar and contacts but not the email folders.

Outlook can import from Eudora.

So what's wrong with the IMAP idea? That, in my opinion, would be the best
approach.
