How can I import an address book from web mail in CSV format?

Hi all,

I recently got a new Dell computer and am trying to import my address book
from the web mail I've been using so that I can start using Outlook. I
searched the Outlook help but it only explains how to import address books
from Outlook Express or Eudora. Isn't there a way to do it using CSV format?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes. Import into your Contacts folder as CSV. File | Import and Export |
Import from another program or file | Comma Separated Values ...
I suggest you import into a new folder based on Contacts and copy the items
to your main Contacts folder if all goes well. Check the field mapping (map
custom fields).
