Using OU's to control access to shared resources

Hi,

I have published a shared folder in AD and added it to an
OU. Is it possible to control access to this resource
using just AD? i.e. Never having to change the share
permissions or the NTFS permissions, just allowing access
to the folder by them being in the same OU.

No, OU's are not designed to be used to control permissions so this wont
work. Share and NTFS permissions are the correct (probably the only) way to
do this.
