Hello,
I have a rules wizard which prints certain emails as the come in to my inbox. Is there a way to also "mark them as read"?

Thank you,

Phil

Yep, same windows as where you select Print it-> Mark it as read

My version of Outlook (2000) does not have a 'mark as read' choice. The closest is 'clear Message flag'. However, this does not seem to have any effect at all

Phil

Well I guess you've found a reason to upgrade to Outlook 2003 :-D

Well, unfortunately that is not an option here at work

So, is this a known problem/limitation of 2000

Phil

This option isn't available in Outlook 2000 indeed.
