Using Multi-Select Listboxes

I am new to using the multi-select feature. I have the listboxes set up so
users can select from a list or select ALL. I need help setting it up so the
user can make selections in two or more listboxes, then run a report. Are
there any articles or can you give me some advice. Thanks, Mary.
