using macros in word 2007

Shazza

I have a query on word that I was hoping you could advise me on.

We have headed macros for letters etc. which are used daily by most of us,
at the moment this is how we have to access them:-

Open word

Click on Windows, New, Templates, Headed 2000.dot

Add-Ins, Headed, Charitable Trust, OK, Letter, OK

Every time we want to access this macro this is how we have to do it, the
add ins button doesn’t stay and I cant find a way of adding it to my quick
launch toolbar, am I just being lazy or is there a shorter/simpler way to do
this?

If you add the template to the Startup folder, it will be loaded whenever
you start Word. Note, however, that you can attach macros to directly to QAT
(Quick Access Toolbar) buttons in Word 2007.
