Using Letters and Mailings in Word 2002

Whenever I try to print an address on an envelope I get a message that I must
Log on to Microsoft Exchange???? I have no idea how to do this, can anybody
help me print an address on an envelope

In order to use this function your addresses must be stored in Outlook and
that application must be your default e-mail application.

Graham, Thanks for your Help, I've just replaced my hard drive and I have't
reinstalled Office XP yet. Thanks again for your Help
