Using Laptop on Multiple Domains

I have a Vista Ult laptop. At home and at work I am running SBS2003 domains.
My user name on each domain is different as are the IP address ranges for
the networks.

What I would like to do is set up Home and Work profiles so that I can log
into either domain depending where I am and keep things like file/folders and
email store locations the same irrespective of what domain I am logged onto.
How do I do this.
