Using If.

Hi
I have an embedded macro on my combobox which looks up a selected name on my
form.
Is there any way I can use the if statement in the macro after it has found
a record?
Specifically I need to say. When a record has been selected, if there is no
date in the textbox [ExamDate] then change the border colour of the text box
red.
I am using Access 2007

Perhaps using conditional formatting on the ExamDate textbox would work for
you.

Tom,
I'll give it a try but I would have preferred to use the macro conditions.
