Using IE 6.0 to Access FTP Site Using Port 21

I worked with our IS guys to set up an FTP server. Because there are two FTP
servers running on the same box, the second one has been configured to use
Port 20 rather than the standard Port 21.

Is there any way for me to use IE to FTP to the server? The server uses
password protected accounts, but if I try to get in using an IE window,
typing the ftp://servernamegoeshere into the address bar and then clicking on
the Login As menu option and typing the user name and password into the
dialog box, the operation times out.

I'm willing to bet IE times out because it's trying to find the account
using port 21 rather than port 20.

Any ideas? I know I could probably use the command line FTP client, but I'm
trying to set up a procedure for other people to use and I know some of them
will get nervous if they aren't in the reassuring Windows environment.

Thanks.
