Using I.E.as a shell

I have my tin set to auto logon as a user and it uses the iexplore.exe
shell with the -k for kiosk mode. I'm using an app I received from
Wyse were on close (Alt-F4) of I.E. it will launch something else. I
have set it to the same thing so when a user hits alt-F4 it reopens
I.E.. Works great, but if you hit alt-F4 repeatedly and quickly it
will close I.E. and not open another. Does anyone know why this
happens, and more importantly what I can do to stop that?
Thanks

My guess would be that it kills the Wyse application. We use a guardian
service to do much the same job with our application - the guardian is
set to always restart when it dies, and on it repeatedly checks if the
application is running. If it isn't, it starts it. I would assume that's
how wyse's app works - if it is a service, check that it's set to
restart on exit
