We currently are using different email signatures at work successfully.
We have now been supplied scrolling\anitmated .htm files to be added as new
signatures but whenever we add them to new emails the signature does not open
correctly on the email.
I have selected "New" signature, and then "Use this file as a template"
option...
Any ideas?

Define "not correctly". What's wrong?
How is the animation created?

Just as an FYI: you'll be p*ssing off a lot of people with animated
signatures and quite the few mail clients don't support it (depending on how
the animation is achieved).

I need help and can not start a new thread. Would you be able to help me do
that or point me in the right direction with a scrolling problem?
Thanks, Candace

Ok, I have an email I can forward that has the signature inserted and not
displaying correctly. This email also has the signature as a file attachment
so you can see how it should be presented.

Otherwise as best I can describe,
it is twice the size that it should be.
It only displays the company logo, but at the correct size.
All other detail is replaced by six individual squares with large red crosses.
Not the small red cross you get in the top left corner when a picture has
been blocked by security/permissions.

Cheers
Cameron

Sure, you can forward it to me and I'll take a look at it. You can find a
contact address on my website.
