Using hotmail as defualt in Vista

I do not want to use Windows Mail as my defualt, I want to use my
msn(hotmail) account as my default. How can I change this when you go to the
control panel, and default programs, windows mail is the only choice!

Windows Mail is an email program, which can access POP and IMAP email
accounts.

Hotmail is a web-based email account. It cannot be accessed with the
Windows Mail program.
Windows Office Outlook can be used to access http (web-=based) email
accounts.
Or just use your web browser (IE7 or Firefox, etc.)

Grandfathered = free hotmail/msn http accounts that were using OE or OL prior to msft/msn discontinuing that service for new or old accounts not using OE or OL.
