I am having trouble configuring Gmail on Windows Mail.

Does Google not support Windows Mail?

Google does support Windows Mail!
I am using Windows Mail with my google accountn no problems there.

pop.gmail.com - port 465 - use SSL
smtp.gmail.com - port 995 - use SSL

Hope this helps!
 
I tried that and it didn't work any other suggestions. Are you using windows
Vista?
 
Worked for me on Vista Ultimate, thanks Tummeot.

It also worked for me, GMAIL had a step by step guide to activating ur POP
account then a manually install for Vista mail, which carries the same setup
properties as Outlook, hope this could help....
