Using FTP

I have installed IIS, and would like to set up a ftp foldler on my pc that
others on the network can access. I set up a new ftp folder and put files in
it. However, when I try to acces to ftp folder on the other pc's on the
network I get a message saying "Windows cannot access this folder." Any help
would be appreciated.

You may need to fiddle with the IIS settings, the user access
setting and the FTP folder permissions to get them all configured
properly to allow access to files/folders in the FTP folder.
