using formula

I have created a table using formula to calculate the column totals, however
I want to cap the total to a specific number, in this case maxium mark
allocation can only be 25.

Is this possible?

Hi adelevran,

You could use a formula field coded as {=MIN(25,SUM(ABOVE))}, where the field braces (ie '{}') are created via Ctrl-F9.
