I have a user that has a Mac computer that says she cant use the forms. Does anyone know if this is a "Mac" problem or is the problem with her connection? The site is www.VillageWalkLiving.com Thank
Her comment: I just tried again to use reservation form and the page that came up said: Front Page Error...and it said to notify the webmaster

Hi JJ Prescott,

That would be very strange has the form input is handled by the server and not the browser. So is she saying that the form does not
display correctly in the MAC browser?

strange things like that happen from time to time. for instance; I can't
get into adobe studio with internet explorer but can with mozilla and
yesterday I needed to pay my credit card and absolutely couldn't get into
the Citibank site with internet explorer but could with mozilla. in both
these cases the failure in internet explorer didn't come with any kind of
meaningful message. adobe is just a constant redirect back to the home page
and Citibank just throws the default error page.

I guess that's a good reason to keep an extra browser on your system.

I guess what I'm saying is if Citibank and adobe software have this happen
from time to time you're in good company. ;-)

XP machine??

If so clear the TIF and the dns resolver cache.
To clear the DNS cache, open a command window and type: ipconfig /flushdns and press
enter.
