Using Flags on Outlook Email

when i flag an out-going message with a reminder/due date, does it
automatically resend the message if I have not turned off/cleared the flag?
 
No. A flag is just an alert, not an action.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
