I've inherited an excel database that includes 400 contact names and addresses. When I need to address a letter to any one of the 400 contacts, I'm looking for an easy way to copy the address from excel into word, so I don't have to reformat the copied address or retype the address.

I have the rest of my contacts in Outlook web, but I cannot always access Outlook online in order to insert the contact's address into word

Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried using the past special, but I'd still have to reformat the address

Hi Kim

if this is something that you're going to be doing on a regular basis why
don't you set up a mail merge document in Word with the formatting and
everything like you want, then all you need to do is a word mail merge with
a selected record?

if you'ld like help setting this up, please reply post with your version of
Word.

Cheers
