Using Excel 2000 as the body for a message in Outlook 2003

I used to have outlook 2000 which worked fine. But Since
upgrading to outlook 2003 I can no longer use excel or
word as the message body for an e-mail

You will need to be spending more of your $, £ or ? on the 2003 versions of
Word and Excel. Thank you Micro$oft.
